We had an amazing stay at a hotel located in a prime location. Our room was clean, spacious with a stunning view of the sea. the staff was friendly, professional and always ready to help. the location was very close to Galata tower, next to the bridge and tramvay Karoky station, making it easy to go anywhere in the city even though the area could be noisy. the room had all the modern amenities one could ask for and the breakfast was great!

The hotel could improve their terrace bar and its noise level during the evening and night.

The hotel's breakfast buffet was quite good and satisfying. The bed in the room was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. the hotel was situated in a prime location with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

We liked the location of the hotel because we were not in the main tourist area of the old town, or in the high rent area of Taksit with all of the high end shopping. The location was perfect because we could easily walk to the old town historical sights, find interesting people, restaurants and shops around the Galata tour just a few blocks away, and take the tram or walk to the high end shops in Taksit. We also found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay!

Great terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location near public transport and popular attractions. Amazing view of the city from the rooftop. Enjoyable food options. a pleasant stay.

Hotel location is best of the best to start city walks for the ones who is looking for history, gourme, leasure and shopping at the same time. That's why we selected this hotel. They showed marvelous hospitality for us. All staff and the hotel manager was so kind, energetic and positive. Room was new, clean, well equiped and has a wonderful bosphorus view, it was beyond our expectations. Breakfast was very rich. As a frequent traveller all around the world, we highly recommend this hotel to everyone with peace of mind who is looking for comfort and quality at a friendly atmosphere in historical istanbul.

The Hotel Rooms were "Bigger" than what i had expected. After reading numerous stories of "Small" rooms in Istanbul and seeing my other friends Hotel room which was "smaller" than our, I was happy with the cleanliness of the room and the Bathroom!!! Thumbs UP!!

The Surrounding area of the hotel is a bit dingy! Its a Safe Place and no issues with that, but the surrounding building are completely appalling!!! But the view from the restaurant and the proximity of the tramlines are Excellent!!! Food could have been better!!

The location was perfect, right next to public transport and everything. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast which was delicious.

Our room at Galata La Bella was exceptional with a very comfortable bed, nice linens, and a fantastic view of the old city across the Golden Horn. But the best part was the shower with an oversized rainfall-type showerhead and an oversized handheld spray. One of the best bathrooms we have ever had overseas. Breakfast was also very special -- a huge spread with olives, cheeses, vegetables, eggs, yogurt, great bread and yummy homemade jams. Plus wonderful Turkish black tea. The hotel is very well-located just south of the Galata Tower -- close to everything but quite peaceful. Don't miss the fabulous view from the rooftop terrace.

The location of this hotel is perfect! It is situated in a convenient area, close to public transportation and major attractions. I could easily walk to many places or take the tram right outside the hotel. The view from the breakfast terrace was absolutely breathtaking. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They made sure I had everything I needed and even brought things to my room. The food was delicious and the shower was amazing. The beds were also very comfortable. I had a great experience at this hotel.

The hotel is beautifully designed with great rooms with great city views. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is very near to the subway and tram and within walking distance of the bazaars as well as Taksim. Breakfast was an excellent spread. Staff are ever helpful and friendly. Great city views of the golden horn river and old city from the terrace. Airport shuttle service free subject to length of your stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near Galata bridge offering easy access to both sides. The area is quiet and enjoyable, tram is within 2 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful.
